Essential oils can help you achieve this in many different ways.

Essential oils have been shown to possess remarkable therapeutic properties that can positively impact our mental health and emotional well being. By incorporating these natural remedies into your self care routine you'll be able to harness their benefits for a more balanced state of mind.

In this class we will take you through the different ways you can incorporate Essential oils into your self care routine and present 4 of our favorite oils.

It is a 30 minute class led by pernilla, Kate and Rachel. In between us we have many years of experience in the wellness indusrty and a vast knowledge on Essential oils.

It is free for our existing clients and costs €10 for non members. This includes 2 samples of oils which will be posted to you.
