I have been working in the retreat space for the past 10 years here in Ibiza. I have been giving bodywork treatments, held Essential oil workshops, making Bach flower essences as well as helping in the organisation and running of many retreats.
I feel like I have a real connection and understanding of what goes on at a retreat as well as having the flexibility which is often needed.
I love being part of the journey of every person and every group, learning and growing together.

A bodywork treatment is a wonderful addition to your retreat guests experience.
It will allow them to pause, to give them time and space to reconnect with their bodies. It can support them to let go, and to process any feelings or emotions that may arise.

You will learn about what Essential oils are, how to use them safely and effectively and what they can be used for. You will, with my help, make your own blend to take with you. It could be to help with sleep, anxiety, stress, digestive problems, pain or simply to use as a natural perfume.
Minimum 5 people to do a class. €25 per person.

BACH FLOWER REMEDIES
Created by Dr Edward Bach in the 1960s, the BACH Flower System includes 38 remedies, each associated with a basic human emotion to cover the entire spectrum of emotional wellness.
During your consultation (45 – 60 minutes), I will help you understand the fundamentals of the Bach Flower System and which remedies will remove negative emotions, alleviate worry and fear, improve energy levels, and gently bring back the balance between the mind and body. This program includes a dropper bottle with five or six pre-mixed remedies to take as prescribed.
€70 (including custom-mixed remedies, which will last for around two weeks).
